I'm a university lecturer, doctoral researcher, civil society advocate, and keynote speaker—a multifaceted career path reflecting my passion for positive change. My award-winning expertise lies in ESG, specifically within international economics, natural resource conflicts, social inequalities, government relations, and academic research.

Currently, I'm an associate lecturer and interdepartmental PhD researcher at the Camborne School of Mines and the University of Exeter's Humanities and Social Sciences Department. My academic journey also includes roles as Business Economics module director and senior lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University in London, visiting senior lecturer at University College London (UCL) in social sciences, and lecturer at the University of Surrey, where I led seminars on international relations, political science, and business decision-making. My doctoral research at the University of Surrey focused on ESG in the mining sector.

Beyond academia, I offer extensive private-sector expertise in government relations, stakeholder engagement, social impact assessments, public welfare initiatives, CSR and ESG, global higher education, and public-private sector development.

My background includes a Master’s degree in International Relations, a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Industrial Conflict Studies. I'm a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a Senior Lecturer. My exceptional multilingual skills are regularly utilized in public speaking and writing, with frequent appearances in the international press, industry conferences, academic events, and government functions.

I also serve as a Director and Trustee for UK-based charities, and I am actively involved in community volunteering, charity event organisation, and private philanthropy.
